OUR LEGACY

2001 – Where It All Began

In an engineering college dorm room, surrounded by transformers, circuit boards, and unfinished prototypes, the journey began.

Sandeep started researching audio amplifiers building, testing, listening, refining. Night after night. Prototype after prototype.

There was no roadmap.
Only a relentless pursuit of better sound.

2003 – Engineering Takes Shape

Design thinking evolved into structured 3D modelling for speakers and amplifiers.

Precision entered the process. Every curve, enclosure volume, and circuit layout began to reflect deeper engineering intent.

2004 – The First Speaker

The first bookshelf speaker was built using Vifa drivers. It sounded impressive for its time but it wasn’t enough.

“Very good” was not the goal.
The goal was realism.

The refinement journey continued.

2005–2010 – Years of Refinement

While serving as Technical Director for an Oscar winning Hollywood studio Rhythm & Hues, research in audio deepened over weekends.

These were the silent years of mastery understanding tonal balance, musical dynamics, listening fatigue, and emotional engagement.

This period shaped the philosophy:
Sound must not just measure well it must move you.

2012 – The Sonic Direction Is Set

A pivotal collaboration began with Hudson Taylor a studio design engineer and mix engineer who worked with Grammy-winning artists such as Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and other leading Indian musicians.

His deep musical lineage and studio and live sound experience helped define the company’s sonic signature. More than10000 hours of technical and music discussions resulted in sonic signature.

Not just what sounds good but why it sounds correct.

Initial driver prototypes were also developed during this time.
The direction was set.

2015 – The Company Is Born

After years of research and prototypes, the company was incorporated in a modest 100 sq. ft. room.

But the ambition was far larger.

During this period developed:

  • Class AB amplifiers up to 200W RMS into 8Ω were engineered
  • Bookshelf speaker systems were refined
  • Research into room speaker interaction also began
  • Proprietary subwoofer positioning algorithms were developed

The systems were exhibited at What Hi-Fi Show Bangalore (2016).

The response was powerful described by many as the best sound at the show.
Confidence turned into momentum.

2016 – High-End Stereo Emerges

With strong industry feedback, high-end stereo systems long under research were introduced at What Hi-Fi Show Bangalore 2017.

Industry professionals, including engineers associated with legendary music directors like A.R. Rahman, appreciated the sound.

Ultra high-end performance at a relatively accessible budget.

Industry veterans suggested that the system deserved to be showcased at High End Munich in Germany.

Recognition was no longer local.
It was becoming global.

2017 – The Global Stage

A new 2000 sq. ft. office was established in Hyderabad to scale operations and meet growing demand.

In May 2017, the company exhibited at High End Munich at the world’s most prestigious high-end audio exhibition.

Visitors and reviewers described the system as among the best sounding rooms at the show an extraordinary milestone.

This year also marked:

  • Refinement of product aesthetics working with an Italian company to refine with Automotive Paint grades used for premium cars. The same technology got incorporated in the pipeline.
  • Introduction of advanced thermal design, structural integrity and electronic simulation is introduced.

Engineering maturity met global exposure.

2018 – Refining the Visual Identity

To match international engineering standards including CE Certification and FCC, nearly a year and a half was dedicated to engineer as per emission and immunity standards, industrial design and surface finish refinement.

Performance and presentation became equally uncompromising.

2019 – Innovation During Uncertainty

As the world paused because of the Covid, development accelerated in the free time.

During the lockdown period:

  • Technical more than 6 long duration webinars were conducted
  • Room optimization technology for subwoofer positioning was finalized
  • A new amplifier architecture was completed
  • The “Mighty Kick” subwoofer amplifier was developed

Challenges became catalysts for deeper innovation.

2022 – Manufacturing Power & In-House Drivers

A major leap forward: relocation to a 10,000 sq. ft., 25 ft. tall manufacturing facility featuring dedicated paint booths and structured assembly lines.

After nearly a decade of driver research (initiated in 2014), in-house drivers entered final prototype and production stages.

Introduced:

  • 8-inch woofer
  • 15-inch mid-bass
  • 24-inch infrasonic driver

Engineered with meticulously optimized paper cone compositions with proprietary waffle cones, these drivers delivered a level of sonic authority that clearly differentiated them.

Industrial automation programming was initiated preparing for scalable production and future AI adaptability. ERP systems deployed for scalability.

This marked a defining transition:
From system designer to full ecosystem creator.

2024 – Full Signal Chain Expansion

Production scaled across multiple categories:

  • Power Purifiers
  • Discrete R2R DAC
  • Pure Class A amplifiers (10W–300W)
  • Class AB Monoblock amplifier designs
  • Open baffle speakers
  • Valve preamplifiers
  • Installed sound systems

From source to final acoustic output control became complete.

2025 – UniAmp Technology

Launch of high-speed Class AB MOSFET Monoblock amplifiers:

  • 100W RMS, 200W RMS, 300W RMS variants
  • Designed for stereo and home theatre applications
  • State of the art Microcontroller-based monitoring and protection systems incorporated in the amplifiers
  • Integrated display interface on the Electronics

“Uni Amp” architecture unified the entire signal path from input to output to power supply on a single integrated board design, minimizing signal loss and maximizing performance integrity for high volume and consistent sound quality and production throughputs.

2026 – The Reference Era

Introduction of Fully balanced Pure Class A and Class AB reference amplifiers with advanced JFET input stages and premium-grade components to cater to the Ultra High-end Audiophile customers.

In-house high-power Class D subwoofer amplifiers were also introduced.

AI-assisted sensing and intelligent monitoring systems marked the beginning of the next evolution.

The Journey Continues

From a dorm room prototype to a globally recognized high-end audio brand the mission remains unchanged:

To build sound systems that are engineered with depth, refined by listening, and designed to give at most pleasure.

The Ethos

This journey was never about products alone.

It has always been about:

  • Emotional realism
  • Engineering depth
  • Complete signal control
  • Relentless refinement
